Waterfall Chart formatting

Hi Crew,

Having an issue with trying to format a waterfall chart in PowerBi.

I have the following in excel and am looking to be able to replicate in PowerBI for the business to use. I have a slicer for time period which is working correctly and all bucket values available as measures working correctly.
