Hi,
I have 2 columns from 2 different tables that I know for sure matches, but when I do the lookup formula, its not working. Everything is coming over blank. Both columns are text format. I know I am dong the formula correctly and there are 100% matches. Any tips?
Hi @PowerBI123456 ,
Can you share some sample data and the expected result to have a clear understanding of your question?
You can save your files in OneDrive, Google Drive, or any other cloud sharing platforms and share the link here.
Best Regards,
Yuna
@PowerBI123456 , in power bi you can use lookupvalue
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/lookupvalue-function-dax
or refer to my video to access https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czNHt7UXIe8
You really have to share the data and the code you are using, we can't help otherwise.
regards
Phil

@PowerBI123456 can you share the lookup expression you are using, you can also give an alternate value in lookup. Can you assign that value and see if it gets returns alternate value where there is no match or more than one match.
