Visuals from data across reports
Is there any out of the box way to put a visual (eg KPI, Table) in a report from a different report ?
Bookmarks, hyperlinks will make that happen but they all require an additional click.

In a report it's not possible. But in the power bi service you have dashboards.
This is a combination of tiles from your report.

You're only option is to create a composite model.
The idea to add filters to dashboard is not on the backlog:

I am afraid that it is impossible currently in Power BI. You could vote for this idea to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
