Hi,
I have a PBIX file for creating monthly reports it's been working perfectly for a few months, only now when I'm updating the file with new data filtering stopped working altogether I thought it was an issue with the slicer visual I'm using but even when I try to filter by the Filters pane (whether it's "Filters on this page"or "Filters on pages") the same result Nothing Happens! I've come across some posts suggesting it's a an issue in the model relationships but in my case the columns I use to filter are in the same table that I want to filter and it's not a calculated column or measure it's sourced from the data soure (CSV) directly ...I've been going in circles for some days now and still can't figure it out help anyone?

Thanks for all your answers guys! I went through the data souurce thoroghly and it seems the error is from my data connector.
I appreciate it!

Please tell/show us what fields/measures are in the visual and what tables they come from.

The 629517 number next to all values of audience in the filter suggest a relationship issue
The number 629517 appearing on the filters pane refers to the count of records each audience has in the table, which is correct as the dataset in this table is a TV audience measurement data it is dividing time (24 Hours) over a month (30days) of a number of channels into 5 minutes intervals and for each one for the audience a corresponding value.
Columns in the visual:
- the x-axis is the TimeIndex column which is the 5 minutes split of time,
- the y-axis is the Access Duration Avg column which is the average number of viewing hours,
- the legend is the Channel column,
Filter columns:
- audience
- Weekday (Day-no)
- Days (Wd/We)
and they are all sourced from a single table (DB05)
Thanks for hte reply,
I tried adding the button it didn't work all the same.
and regarding your other suggestion, the filtering field is in the same table that I need to be filtered as I shared in the screenshots so I don't think it's relevant
Thanks for the reply from HotChilli , please allow me to provide another insight:
Hi @Tass ,
You could try adding a button and then resetting all filters when it operates. It will reset your entire report and then click again to see if the filtering is working.
Check whether you need to filter fields and filtered fields in different tables, if the direction of filtering in the table is unidirectional, and table A unidirectional filtering table B, it will lead to, table A's fields can be filtered table B, but table B's fields can not go to filter table A.

Please show us what's in the visual and are there any other filters on it?
Is there a reason the field that's used in the slicer is not in a separate dimension table as per a star schema?
It's affecting all visual but here's an example of line chart below, I have tried sourcing the filter from a seperate dimension but I got the same result not working.
