Visuals 2 Tables If I select a row in a table the other table disappears. To always display tables

The report contains 2 Visual Tables. The top table column Department is Filtered to only display Corporate Services (the Reception team).
The bottom table is Filtered on column Department to display all departments and not display Corporate Services,

Hi @dd88 ,

You need to Edit Interactions between the visuals and set them to none. Click on the top table, then click Format in the ribbon, then Edit Interactions

Then click the None icon on the top right of bottom table.

Now repeat this process for the bottom table.

Hey!

You can change this by:

  1. Select a visual.
  2. Go to format and click on Edit interactions:
    Chewdata_0-1734529357113.png

  3. now these icons appear above each visual: Chewdata_1-1734529400341.png

With these you can choose to either 1. Filter, 2. Highlight or 3. Don't interact.

  4. For each visual you can set how other visuals should react to selecting something in the visual.
  5. If you don't want the tables to change when selecting a row, choose 3. Don't interact on the other table :).

Hope this helps, if so. Please Accept as solution so other users can benefit from this aswell!

Thank you @djurecicK2  and @mickey64  thats great. that worked

Thank you again, and enoy your weekend ..
