Hello All,
hope you are all well and safe druing this time.
I am fairly new to PowerBI have been ramping up quite quickly.
Currently I'm working on a table where I have now added a new set of column.
Current my column have three sets of data
N/A Critcal risk question were added on 6/30/2020
Yes
No
The data for the new column is showing up correctly but in this instance I am hoping to visualze this data set with Yes with an ! or a similar visualization instead of the actual data input of Yes.
Solved! Go to Solution.
@Anonymous yes you can easily do this with conditional formatting using icons
create a measure for conditional formatting and then use icon set
Measure =
SWITCH ( MAX ( Table[Critical Risk] ),
"Yes", 1,
"No", 0,
"N/A", -1
)
in conditional formatting, use this measure, and set the icons.
I would ❤ Kudos if my solution helped. 👉 If you can spend time posting the question, you can also make efforts to give Kudos whoever helped to solve your problem. It is a token of appreciation!

@parry2k Hey, Currently I have created a Matrix table from the visualization section in Power BI Desktop.
My data is being pulled from an excel sheet. There's a new column I have added to the excel sheet that is named "Critical Risk Question" with the three data inputs N/A, No, Yes. For these three data fields I would like Power BI to show a visualization for rows if the data input for example was "Yes" then show an "!" next to the matrix table row.
Wondering if there is an option to have an "!" or another method to provide a visualization that someone would define has a critical risk.
