Visualize an adjacency matrix as a graph

Hi everyone, I would like to know if it is possible to visualize this adjacency matrix as a graph. If yes, how ?

@Anonymous - Probably. Can you post sample data as text and expected output?

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

Sorry, i was not very clear. The 1 in the cells means that there is a relation betwen the applications. I would like to display the matrix as the graph below for example
