Visualization of employee tenure

Hi 

I've written the dax measure like below to visualize the length of service tenure.  

I'd like to create a gantt chart like visualization (which was created in Qlik Sense), putting the name on the X-axis and date on Y-axis. 

Trying to create the visualization above using the matrix visualization will generate a horizontal scroll bar for date which makes the visualization less impactful as we cannot see the whole picture.  I'd grealy appreciate it if you could let me know what is the best way to create the visualization like above without the horizontal scroll bar.
