I am trying to get my summary report to look like this:

However, the closest I could get it is to using the Matrix visual and it shows it like this:

Is there any way to get it look like the first one?  Thanks!

@Rsanjuan for matrix visual via paintbrush icon turn off Totals. Also turn on vertical and horizontal grids.
