Visualization Card Showing Sum but Need it to Show as Blank until a Specific Data Point is Selected

I hope each of you are well. I am a newer PowerBI user and am running into an issue with one of the dashboards I have created and am hoping the community can help me.

One of the pages in my report has a visualization card that reflects percentage to a specific goal. I have a table below the card that breaks out specific employees and includes their percent to goal information. Right now, when a specific row is selected in the table, the card adjusts to reflect the percent to goal for that specific individual (which is great). The issue I have is that when no specific row is selected, the card shows a sum of all percentages (shown below) which is not useful. Question: Is there a way to have a visualization card like this reflect as blank until a specific row is selected? My hope was to have the card highlight the percent to goal but I find the sum it includes confusing since people reviewing the report wonder what that total relates to. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

I think this depends on what you mean by row is selected. Have a look at the ISFILTERED function. You could combine that with a IF statement. Something like: IF(ISFILTERED([condition), [Result Measure], BLANK())
