Hey Experts, hope you're well!
I have a data source where the title of the column is a question and then the fields are the answer for example...
| ID | Test A | Test B | Test C | Test D |
| 1 | Yes | Yes | No | Yes |
| 2 | Yes | No | No | Yes |
What would be the best way of visualising which ID has completed which test? This is a large dataset I have so I can't necessarily change the way the data was recorded. The source is tick box data pulled in from Dynamics 365.
Any suggestions are greatly appriciated!
Many Thanks,
Taylor

It is highly advisable to unpivot that source data to bring it into a maintainable format.
