I have used a workaround to achieve this. , so i created the below table using Blank Query -

Source = Table.FromRows(Json.Document(Binary.Decompress(Binary.FromText("i45WSlSKjQUA", BinaryEncoding.Base64), Compression.Deflate)), let _t = ((type text) meta [Serialized.Text = true]) in type table [Column1 = _t]),
#"Changed Type" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(Source,{{"Column1", type text}}),
#"Added Custom" = Table.AddColumn(#"Changed Type", "IST", each (DateTimeZone.LocalNow()+ #duration(0,5,30,0))),
#"Added Custom1" = Table.AddColumn(#"Added Custom", "PST", each (DateTimeZone.LocalNow()+ #duration(0,-7,00,0))),
#"Added Custom2" = Table.AddColumn(#"Added Custom1", "GMT", each (DateTimeZone.LocalNow())),
#"Changed Type1" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(#"Added Custom2",{{"IST", type datetimezone}, {"PST", type datetimezone}, {"GMT", type datetimezone}}),

Tweak the custom columns as per your wish as our Power BI Tenant Service is in GMT, so i added 5:30 hrs to get IST and reduced 7 hours for PST. Then, I added the timestamp in the Card Visual as below -
Whenever the report is refreshed the timestaps is auto-updated
