Visual to show difference between 2 bars

Hi Guys - any tips on how this visual can be achieved in PBI? We want to show the difference (absolute and%) between (IP& Actuals), (FC3&Actuals). If not exact visual then something similar to depict this information.

Not sure on a visual and I don't know of your data, but could you perhaps do a measure that finds the difference between both of these to then give another bar which depicts the difference.
