Visual that comments on the results (KPI's) of the filtered date.

In the dashboard I've created showing only financial KPIs, I'd like a visual (text) to leave comments on the KPIs for the month being filtered.
For example, if I filter the month of March 2024, I would like the justifications for why we were above or below the target to appear, and for this to be recorded.
And when I wanted to filter, for example, March 2023, the comments I put on that date would appear in this view.
Is that possible?
