Visual shown only if it is copied to another page

I am experiencing the same issue.  I'd rather not recreate all of the tabs as there are synced slicers and multiple visuals that would need recreated.  Is there a root cause that this can be tracked back to or an easier solution than recreating each tab?

With fitler, keep in mind that if the filter is applied to the visual / page and marked as hidden it will now show in the list of applied filters.

I have run into this when there are hidden slicers on a page.  Check the selections pane to see if there are any hidden visuals that may be affecting your visual that is blank.

Also, take a look at the filters that are getting applied to the blank visual.  This might give you a hint to what is causing the issue.
