Hi,

I got a strange error in Power BI report as

Visual is not supported or cannot be displayed due to security reasons.

Support for this type of visual is coming soon or is a 3rd party visual that must be enabled.

Which visual is it, is it a third-party custom visual?

It is not any third party one, it is just an Excel Power View visual only which works fine in Excel 2013, but while loading to Power BI it doesn't works .

And got error as like above.

Thanks,

Anil Maharjan

Not all Power View reports will work when loaded into Power BI.

Have a good look at the built in visuals, or the Gallery.  You may find a suitable substitue.

While Power BI will work with some Power View objects, it's not really optimised for that .

Proud to be a Datanaut!

YOu say it works with some power view reports -- how do we make a power view report that does work with power BI?

Thanks!
