Visual Sugestion similar to gant

Hi guys, i have a training painel of employees in my company, in this painel i need to see all training values in four categorys, not trained, expired, to expire in 30 days and trainings ok

The column name in my Database is the Training Name and the value can be BLANK, -1, 0 and 1, i wish to add a graph like a Gantt with all the training names in the left side and in top all the possibilities of value represent with theyr colors, anyone knows a good PBI Visual to do that?
