Visual Matrix, regroup values by categorie

Hi,

My data looks like this :

CategoriedateAttributeValue
C101/2020Attribute112.3
C101/2020Attribute228.9
C101/2020Attribute3(%)0.42
C201/2020Attribute152.2
C201/2020Attribute282.9
C201/2020Attribute3(%)0.62

Attribute3(%) is calculated as follow : Attribute1/Attribute2

  1. I want to show for each Categorie(Lines) and for each Date(Columns), the attributes.
  2. I also want a global Attribute3(%): (Attribute1(C1)+Attribute1(C2))/ (Attribute2(C1)+Attribute2(C2)).

I already achieved the first part (1), but i can't really figure out how to do for 2.

This is what i achieved :

This is what i want :

Im really new to PowerBI, can anyone help me out with this ?

Regards

Hi @Fragan ,

Try this:

1. Create a measure like what @parry2k said:

Sum =
IF (
    HASONEFILTER ( 'Table'[Categorie] ),
    SUM ( 'Table'[Value] ),
    DIVIDE (
        CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table'[Value] ), 'Table'[Attribute] = "Attribute1" ),
        CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table'[Value] ), 'Table'[Attribute] = "Attribute2" )
    )
)

2. Create a Matrix visual like so:

attribute6.PNG

attribute4.PNG

attribute5.PNG

Icey

@Fragan add following measure and use it in your matrix visual

 Sum =
IF (
    HASONEFILTER ( 'Global'[Categorie] ), SUM ( 'Global'[Value] ),
    DIVIDE (
        CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Global'[Value] ), 'Global'[Attribute] = "Attribute1" ),
        CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Global'[Value] ), 'Global'[Attribute] = "Attribute2" )
    )
)

Would appreciate Kudos 🙂 if my solution helped.
