Visual Help PBI

Hi all,

I need some help creating a custom visual in PBI modeled after the following in Excel. I've tried to replicate in PBI thus far and haven't had any luck. Every single row corresponds to a DAX measure in this case. Am open to creating a custom visualization in R or Python within PBI as well.
