In the June 2019 update, the visual header tool tip functionality was released. Was that functionality removed in the Aug 2019 release, because it is currently not listed as an option in the visual header list (Matrix visual)

Based on my test, you can select the matrix visual, go to Format pane, find the Visual Header node, scroll these two vertical scroll bars to the bottom side of the current window, you can see the Visual Header Tooltip Icon option.

Ah- I think I was misled by the dualing scrollbars! I must have not realized that the inner scrollbar was not at the very bottom. Thanks for your speedy response.
