View materialized views in Power BI?

Hello to all!

Simple questions: are materialized views supported in Power BI?

I'm connected as the database owner and see al tables and views, but somehow I cannot see any materialized views...

Some information:

Database = PostgreSQL 15.1

PBI-client = 2.121.903.0 64-bit (september 2023)

Thanks!

Hi, I believe you can, but you have to use native query. Follow this post:

Hello @GWTF ,

true, you can see a meterialized view in pwoer bi, but you can select * from it, so you should write a query to retrieve the data in it.

Hey, great!

Direct query works, altough it is not the most practical.

Thank you @Idrissshatila & @zenisekd !
