Vertipaq analyzer - Sizes for different columns

trying to figure out why some of these data sizes are large for some of these columns. 

for example, RegistrationAge has very low cardinality, why would it take up so much space compared to other fields

All of your columns seem to suffer from HASH encoding. The engine couldn't find a better compression algorithm.
