Vertically Stacked tables/ Matrix Visual

Hello!

Looking through other posts I have found similar questions to the one I have but not as a trended view. I am trying to create a visual like the one below in Power BI. The total volume & new patient data is located all in one table (New patient volume is decided by a column "New Patient?" with "Y"/ "N" values). This Volume table is linked to my Date table. The "New Patient %" is a calculation I have created to arrive at the percentage.

Is there a clean way to show all three sets of values vertically like this? Ideally I would like to add Year to Date and Last 12 Month calculations to the columns as well (I have these calculations created already).

Thank you for any insight!!

  • Enable "Switch values to rows"

Accept that the Doc dimension will be on the outside  (it will provide better readability anyway), or you have to create a custom matrix design  (which is a much higher effort).
