Currently only one member of our team has the ability to edit a dashboard and update the dashboard on any changes made. How could we make it so that more than one member of our team can make changes to a dashboard and update the dashboard in the workspace?

Note: We are using Power BI Premium

Hi @Anonymous ,

I think your workspace should be a classic one and the members can only view the content in it. So we can edit the users to be admin, then they can edit the content in the workspace.

Thanks for the reply. Does this mean that only admins for a workspace can edit reports and dashboards?

Hi @Anonymous ,

If you set your workspace as "Memebers can edit Power bi content". Then all the members can edit the content in the workspace.
