Hi @Anonymous ,
The result is this.
The measures I used are
MAX PRODUCT =
CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Value]),FILTER('Table',[Product ID]=MAX('Table'[Product ID])))
MIN PRODUCT =
CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Value]),FILTER('Table',[Product ID]=MIN('Table'[Product ID])))
Variance = [MAX PRODUCT]-[MIN PRODUCT]
You can check more details from here.

Stephen Tao

@Anonymous try following measure:
First Product Sales =
VAR __firstProduct = MIN ( Table[Product] )
RETURN
CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table[Sales] ), Table[Product] = __firstProduct )
Second Product Sales =
VAR __secondProduct = MIN ( Table[Product] )
RETURN
CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table[Sales] ), Table[Product] = __secondProduct )
Variance = [First Product Sales] - [Second Product Sales]
In matrix visual, put above 3 measure in values section and in the format pane, turn on the option called "Show on rows"
