For this application i pivot my table in powerquery on a column which usually has 3 unique results, but can also occasionally receive 4, 5 or sometimes more results. Each of these is supposed to get its own column when present, but is preferably hidden whenever not in use.
I found this reddit post to help me:
https://www.reddit.com/r/PowerBI/comments/bxav4w/tired_of_column_changes_breaking_your_data_model/
But sadly it leads to a link which is inactive.
in sumarry: the pivoting of a column leads to a variable amount of columns, which either dont show up when added/ crash the dashboard whenever they aren't present. Im looking for a middle way. Any ideas?

Check out my blog: Power BI em PortuguêsOkay my problem still persists. This is a patchup in case someone changes something. but in my case i KNOW its going to change and its going to change allot. Sometimes its just one column other times its 5 completely different ones. Does anyone have a nice and creative way to trick powerbi in to accepting different column names and amounts. Just names would help allot already because i can nullify any others pretty easily.
