- Sounds weird. But can you check once is there any page or visual level filter applied?

Hi,
It's working fine now. There was a hidden page and filter due to which it was happening.
Sorry for the premature concern, I did not know that the previous person who consumed the report added a hidden page and filter, will be mindful of this going forward.
