Values are changing when I change Region settings.

Hello all,

I did report with Russian local setting(month names was in Russian), and now I need an English version of this report. I changed all titles to English, however when I change local settings to English, my Trade values changing drastically. For example, in Query mode, in Russian mode, the value was 226,64, and in English mode the comma is deleted and the value is 22664. How can I translate month names to English without editing values?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Should your value be two hundred instead of twenty thousand?

If yes, maybe you can modify your value. Divide Columns with incorrect values displayed with 100, then keep to decimal places.

Or you can do some transformations in Power Query.

1. Split value column by comma.

2. Then merge value 1 and value 2 by “.”

3. At last change it to Decimal number.

@Anonymous - Interesting so I am assuming that you were expecting 226.64 in the English version?

I am not sure about it, but can't you create EnglishMonthName Column Name in your Date Calendar table and use it accordingly ?

Please notice that drop down list still stays ВСЕ which means ALL and etc. Furthermore month names did not change and first table has ГОД column which should be year

@Anonymous - I am not seeing the issue with the decimals (see below). On the column name stuff, I didn't think those could be regionalized unless you used Tabular Editor to specifically regionalize column names.
