Values Change in Append

I have taken out the data of Project Hours from the database in excel and made few changes to create a report.

Now after 2 weeeks i have to update the project hours means i need to append newly added project hours in the same report.   

Now i have to make the same changes again and again when i need to append the data ,( the changes which i did first time while creating a report).

Any solution on this?

Do you mean in every week there will be new columns added to your report? Or just some new rows in current tables? Please try click refresh button and check if this issue persists.

I am adding new rows.

But it dosent work.
