Value error

I m geeting this error

text3 = if([Measure2:ضمن نطاق مشروع نيوم]>0, "يوجد عدد " &[Measure2:ضمن نطاق مشروع نيوم]& " تقع داخل نطاق مشروع نيوم","") || if([Measure2:Warnضمن نطاق مشروع نيوم] > 0, "يوجد عدد " & [Measure2:Warnضمن نطاق مشروع نيوم] & " تقع داخل نطاق مشروع نيوم","")


Any one tell me where is the problem

    SkorpionAAM , You can not have OR between to if . so you merge them or combine conditions or use Switch true. They are two conditions return text

     

    text3 = Switch (true() , [Measure2:ضمن نطاق مشروع نيوم]>0, "يوجد عدد " & [Measure2:ضمن نطاق مشروع نيوم] & " تقع داخل نطاق مشروع نيوم" , [Measure2:Warnضمن نطاق مشروع نيوم] > 0, "يوجد عدد " & [Measure2:Warnضمن نطاق مشروع نيوم] & " تقع داخل نطاق مشروع نيوم","")
