    Hi,

What you have set up is Microsoft Entra B2B (guest) access. Those users normally don’t authenticate asIf they were a “local” user invented inside Power BI. Instead, [email protected] must redeem the invitation so a guest user object exists in the provider tenant (the one hosting the Power BI content), after which Entra recognizes that identity correctly when accessing the invitation or shared link.

The sign‑in symptom you describe is commonly caused by one of these: the invitation was never accepted, the user is signing in with a different Microsoft identity than [email protected], or they're starting from app.powerbi.com with the wrong home tenant/org pinned while the redemption never completed cleanly.

Microsoft’s guidance for externally shared dashboards and reports is explicit that users must connect with the same email address used for the invitation — if someone signs in with another address, they won’t receive access that way (Share and collaborate on Power BI reports and dashboards — “Share Power BI content outside your organization”). That alone explains many “wrong user” / “does not exist” style failures.

Please work through these steps on the host (juntasacker) side:

    1. In Microsoft Entra ID > Users, search for [email protected]. Confirm the user appears as Guest and note whether the invitation shows as accepted vs pending. If it’s pending, resend the invitation from Entra ID or recreate the invitation.
    2. In the Fabric / Power BI admin portal tenant settings (Export and sharing), verify guest access and invites align with how you collaborate: Guest users can access Microsoft Fabric and Users can invite guest users …. The latter relies on assigning the Microsoft Entra Guest Inviter role to people who invite via sharing, as documented there.
    3. Have [email protected] open the invitation from email (or redemption link), complete acceptance, then try again—in an incognito/private window—to avoid picking a cached personal or work profile by mistake.

Licensing (Power BI Pro on the consumer side) is often not the root cause when the blocking message occurs before the report loads; entitlement issues usually show after a successful tenant sign‑in (Share and collaborate on Power BI reports and dashboards — Prerequisites). Focus first on invitation + tenant + correct identity.

    Hope it works!

    Best,
