You can't specifically do it for one visual using any setting. What you can actually do is format the date for that one date field you are using in your table visual. Make sure you pull this formatted date field in your visual.
Another alternative would be to create a new date column (New_Date = TableName[Date]), format it and then pull this one into your table visual.
