Is there a way to use python script visuals in my power bi report and share it with a user and he is able to use the report without installing the python packages?

To run Python scripts in Power BI Desktop, you need to install Python on your local machine.

Your PL300 states it is not required. So which is the correct answer then?

Enable the script visuals option in the Visualization pane of Power BI Desktop

Install Python on your computer ?
