Using power automate to send alerts about targets

I'm trying to do a test that sends an email by changing the status of a target with Power Automate. I am following the steps defined in:

But I have stayed in the first step, since I can not see the "Create a flow" button that they comment in the article:

I have only these options:

I have the data flow configuration option enabled. I don't know if I have to activate anything else or if it's because my license is PRO, but I haven't been able to find anything that limited it or that required a Premium license to do what I want.

Can anyone help me?

I'm researching the dashboards and also the goal dashboards of the Power BI service.

I have seen that in the panels you can configure alerts about a certain type of visualizations.

On the other hand, about the goal dashboards I have not found a way to create alerts without using Power Automate.

Is there a possibility or is it contemplated in the future that you can configure alerts on objectives from power BI without the use of power automate?

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,

Please make sure your account has Power Automate license. If there is no Power Automate license in your account, you couldn't see "create your flow" in Goal.

Good, I have reviewed it and Yes I have a power automate license: "Microsoft Power Automate Free"

Isn't that license enough?
