You may need to use this measure
Maximum Student Score = CALCULATE(MAX('Student Data'[FINAL_MARKS]), ALL('Student Data'))
or
Maximum Student Score = CALCULATE(MAX('Student Data'[FINAL_MARKS]), ALLEXCEPT('Student Data', 'Student Data'[ID]))
