Hi All, basically my need is written in this idea:
https://ideas.fabric.microsoft.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=dbaf7b5d-5647-490c-9574-055af1a5dcc1
However it was four years ago, maybe since that there is any workaround or possibility to achieve the functionality?
My goal would be that based on a cick-selection on a map visual, my dataset and with this my slicers should be filtered.
For example: I have a list of email addresses with their postal address (region, country, city, etc.) and slicers to filter to region, country, city. On a map visual I'm showing the selected countries. Here I want to do a reverse selection: with selecting a country bubble on the map, the slicers and the result table should be updated as well.
(To update slicers is mandatory since I need the data on other pages as well, and also for davanced selection)
Do you know how to update slicers based on map selection?
Thank You!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Sorry, I'm afraid that currently it's unsupported. When you select a country in a map, it is called highlighting, which does not have a screening effect.
You can try to use "Filters on this page", which can change both of the map and slicers:
