Using direct query mode how to convert date and time column to time frequency using dax

By using direct query mode im getting data from Azure cosmos db, i wanted to show time frequecny trends by creating  a custom column to convert date and time columns with time frequency of 10 , 15 min, as time intelligence function doesnt support in direct query could you please help me any other function where i can convert date and time to time frequency column

What's time frequency? Is that the duration between two datetime columns?  Could you please provide some raw data in your table (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples?
