Using a Power BI pbx as a master file
Hi,
I am currently running a number of dashboards in different pbx files that use the some of the same foundation tables.
An example is I have a client file that I have to use all the time, currently I copy the table to new pbx files so all the added columns etc are the same.
I have been looking for a way to set up a central pbx file with the "master tables" in so I can link to them, however I cant seem to see a way to link the pbx to see the data between files.
Is this possible ? if so can anyone show me how to do it or pointg me to any articles about it.

Do you want to use a locally saved pbx file? if so not sure that is possible

Could you have tried with template file?
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/deep-dive-into-query-parameters-and-power-bi-templates/
It may give a template file firstly and you could add other data to it for your report.
