Using Slicers

How can I make a dashboard with multiple Slicers which each control only one visual. For example one slicer controlls a range of weeks to show week to date sales then another slicer controls month to control MTD sales.

If you want a slicer affect one visual, then another slicer affect another visual, you could set Visual Interactions for them,
