Using RANKX for Multiple Parameters

Hello,

 

In the table below I need the earliest date of the inventory number which is in the negative balance. I tried the Rankx formula a lot but couldn't find a solution.

I can exemplify the table I want to see in this way, but when listing here, it must not start from the earliest date.
