So I hope I can explain this well enough...
I am trying to report Ticketing Information (IT Support) out of a program called NinjaOne. It is basically a CSV dump to Excel and I save as an Excel document. I just want Status, Subject, Comments and Assignee and I clean it up manually to zero in on what I want.
The problem with this dump is if I sort it, all Comments go down at the bottom because they are on a row that has no STATUS…but they are associated with the status/ticket just above it...those "blank rows" in the picture below are the rows where the comments are (not pictured, to mask sensitive data.)
So is there a way to use Power Bi to group these comments with the status / ticket above it? I tried to import into Power Bi but not sure what to do from there...would I need a template of sorts for each week I do this?
Hello @PassRusher and thank you for starting a conversation in the Power BI Desktop Community Forum.

I am going to send a truncated version...this will contain possible private information so the link will expire over time...
Primaraly, I need the null rows associated with the case above it to be included when trying to report on this...
When preparing report, I will just need Case/Date Modified/Subject/Status/Assignee and Comments...with the emphasis on keeping the comments with the case.
If I need to extend the experation date on the file share, let me know. Also, if we get this working, I will be so glad to do a "Buy Me A Coffee" donation or the like.
Hello and good morning! You can delete the sharing link, I am using a local copy for the work. Let me see what I can do to send up a working draft this afternoon.
Thank you SO much!
