Hello everyone,
Would I be able to get some help from Power BI wizards, using AutoTask?
We are looking at creating ticket reports from Power BI but need to connect the two together. Looking over previous posts and websites, it seems to be a case of choose SQL Server and enter the address.
AT dont support Power BI but do confirm the two should talk. When I enter the SQL address given (https://webservices16.autotask.net/atservicesrest/V1.0), it wants either a Windows Account, Database or Microsoft account (no option for API).
Has anyone successfully made this connection and if so, can you provide some pointers.
Kind regards
Tom

Hi, @twrigglesworth2
AutoTask has a direct database access option. $250/month and limited to 3 IP addresses.
I recommend the Seth_C_Bauer scenario for integrating AutoTask into Power BI:

Solved: Autotask Data Warehouse Integration - Microsoft Fabric Community
If you still want to use the rest api to get data from AutoTask, you need to understand the Web.content function in Power query and use it to connect to AutoTask's API:
