Hi
I am looking for examples of using Power BI to create an online searchable directory of services using a published map where people can look in their geographical area and the results show what support services are available in their area.
Hope that makes sense!
Diana

Hi @djparkinson ,
Below is my table:
You can try the steps below to complete the map online searchable service:
1.data preparation
Gather information about the support services available in your area. This may include details such as the service name, description, contact information, and geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude).Organize this data in a structured format, such as Excel, CSV, or a database.
2.To create a Power BI report:
Open Power BI Desktop.Import a data source, such as an Excel file, into Power BI.Design your report by adding visuals, including map visuals that leverage geographic coordinates.Use the Location, Latitude, and Longitude fields to create map visualizations1.Customize the map to display relevant information (for example, service name, icon, or other details).
3Publish to the web:
When your report is ready, use the Publish to web feature in Power BI to publish it to Web.This will generate a unique URL for the report that can be shared publicly.
4Embed a map on your website:
Embed the published map URL on a website or portal that users can visit.Users can now search for services in their geographic area by interacting with the map.The results will show the available support services, making it easy for people to find relevant resources.
