Using Microsoft Bullet chart in reverse order

I know this is an old thread, but I stumbled upon a way to do this, sort of. I found that if I logically reverse my target and minimum values, and then reverse the colors, it seems to work.
For example, I have a metric where the "best" case (target) is 5 days and the "worst" case (minimum) is 10 days. If I reverse those, so that the best case goes into the minimum slot and the worst case goes into the target slot, then suddenly my bullet chart built in a somewhat sensible fashion. Then I reversed the colors and adjusted the ranges as needed.
