Hi All,
In my report I have made a Field parameter slicer which dynamically changes one of the columns in matrix visual. Basically two measure spent and cash.
This column is also filtered by another visual (bar chart) i.e. low , medium and high. On clicking one of the bars e.g. low, to ensure only filtered rows appear I put that measure in filter pan and choose "is not blank".
But when I switch the field parameters slicer, filter pane retains the filter on earlier selected measure and it doesn't dynamically change to "is not blank" for now selected measure.
Hoping to get some clarity on how to ensure filter pane shows "is not blank" value on selected measure of the field parameter slicer.
Looking forward.
Hi @Anonymous ,
According to your description, your issue is that part of the filter is removed when the composite filtering is completed.
You can try to put all the filtering on the measure, because the filter filters before the measure, which can cause some contradictions.
If your issue is not resolved, please upload a sample file to resolve it further.
Best Regards,
Gallen Luo

I did include both measure into filter pane however incorrect values are filtered. I want to filter non blank values for selected measure and that is should change dynamically on change in field parameter selection
