Using Data from two tables

Hi All , 

I'm trying to combine / use data for two different Measures dpending on the store, for context i have four tables : 

UWP Data : contains Uwp Data with uwp Data

Emporia Data : Emporia Data

Emporia Devices : Emporia devices usages 

Date : Date table

I'm not aure how to combine these but i have a conditonal column on emporia devices with a column grouuping them into buildings. For one of the buildings on the emporia i would like to replace the data with the UWP data so for example when that one store is selected use the UWP data but if not use the emporia data. 

I have Made a similar Grouping on UWP table to link them from table to table so when i click on a building  

From the image above you can see they are linked together correctly but i'm not sure how to replace the value in the table to the UWP Measure and the rest of the buildings still use the Emporia data 

Hopefully the goal is Clear. 

Any help would be apperciated.
