User keep receive the power BI update, but there is no upate to be done

Hi,

One of our users are seeing an issue with POWER BI update, he keeps receiving the pop-up to update the POWER BI desktop version, but when he clicks on the download button, there is nothing to be updated. Nothing happening.

what version has the user installed? 

is Power BI desktop installed from Microsoft store or from download center?

try to unistall the current version, restart PC and install most recent version of Powr BI desktop.
