Use DAX Measure in the Matrix Table Rows/Columns but not in Values

Hello Power BI Geeks,

I want to use the DAX measure below and put it into a Row section of a matrix table but I cannot do it for some reason I do not know.

Project Removed v2 =
IF (
    [Category Current] <> BLANK ()
        && [Category Current] <> BLANK (),
    IF (NOT(ISBLANK([Category Previous])) && [Category Current] = "Null", "Category1 ", "Category2" )
)

Is there a way to do it and how?

Sample expected output would be 'Project Removed' would be in the Rows section and has the option to show or hide the associated Opportunity BK.

Opposite on the picture below:

Thanks for the help!

@cruzp , You have to do segmentation for that

refer to approach
