Upgraded to F4 - Still getting capacity error

The Fabric Capacity for a workspace I'm working in has been upgraded to F4 from F2 after recieving a Capacity exceeded message, however, almost 24 hours on I am still receiving the same error. Any guidance as to what I can do to resolve this would be great!

You could pause your Fabric capacity in the azure portal and restart after. Do note that you will be charged for the capacity units used above your Fabric plan: "When you pause your capacity, the remaining cumulative overages and smoothed operations on your capacity are summed, and added to your Azure bill.": https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/enterprise/pause-resume

I'm not sure what you mean by data volume or how you retrieve that figure but on 14/10 there were 16,272 total activities and 1,023 on 15/10 looking at the 'Feature Usage and Adoption' report

how many gigabytes are you moving around?

In the last 14 days I have used 2.453 million Compute Units. It seems to be that in the 'background' the CU % over time is 950%. Do you know any potential causes of that?

Your maximum usage daily allowance on a F4 is 345600 CUs.  I guess you exceeded that now.
