Hello all, It's been a few months since I last ran my Power BI report that connects to the Usage Details in Azure. I noticed the some resources match Azure Cost Analysis to the penny while others do not. I used to use the Cost Analysis Resource view in Azure to validate my Power BI reports, now the numbers are off on about haf the resources, sometimes by thousands of dollars. I used Jan 2021 in both Power BI and Azure Cost Analysis to compare. One big difference is there was a big push to get all the resouces tagged in the last few months but other than that I can't think of anything that has changed. In all cases the numbers are higher in Azure, I am grouping on the Tag "Project" in both Power BI and Azure. An
Thanks for the reply, I cannot use the "Cost Management" connector as it requires use of EA admin Credentials, this is a very sad situation, the bottom line is I can no longer use Power BI to do cost reporting. The existing "Azure Consumption Insights" is not in sync with Azure cost Analysis, which makes it useless.

Sorry for not clearing how this difference is caused.
Have you try the new Azure Cost Management Power BI App to import and analyze Azure cost and usage data?
Please check whether the data obtained in this way is also different.
